Gucci boots? Check. Gucci laptop case? Check. Gucci (inspired) leopard print jumper? Check. Hmmm... what else missing? Oh, yes... shall I get a Gucci bike then?
After House of Chanel and the recent Aurumania going for couture bicycle, does Gucci finally succumbed to the world of cycling too? I think so. Well, these lots are not new coz it's already being in market for months back when Gucci did their red version for Beijing Olympic. Still, at least this one look good too though at first look it reminds me of my old man's bike in the late 80s. Very classic.
So, what's hot about these Gucci two-wheels? Apart from the conventional classic leisure look, you got everything scribbled with Gucci signature monogram here. From the leather Guccissima saddle and handlebar, to the leather seat pack and double pannier with signature web handle. Even the paddle cover got the word Gucci scripted on it and the interlocking G on the cover. And do you think Gucci people will let you leave this bike alone, unprotected? Ooh nooo.. coz you get their signature bicycle cover too. Well, that's what I call uber delicious indeed.
They come in choices of frame colors like bronze and white, with matching chocolate/white accessories to go with it. Price? Expect to pay more than $6000 for one. Well, at least they're cheaper than Chanel's!
I think with this bike, I'm ready to go green and save the planet too. Ahaks... :)
