To me, He by Mango is kinda hit or miss collection. So far, their autumn/winter collection is always a miss (sorry...), but the spring/summer is quite cool coz I got quite a number of pieces in their debut summer 2009 collection. Especially from Adam Lippes - which I think is quite nice.
So. For next Spring/Summer 2010, I hope they'll come back with a vangeance. And judging by what I'm seeing here in the previous Mango SS10 catwalk, it might be a hit. From the safari theme with the use of hues of eucalyptus and dried herb green, to icy and Amparro blues, denim shirt that look very D&G, to the white suit which I think look very Versace. And the footwear look quite nice too, especially the toe-cap boots and the gladiator sandals (who says glad sandal will die off?). Another major trend next season - almost all designers went for looser fit, very breezy and laid back feel. And that include Mango.
When's is it gonna be in store? Probably as early as March, just like last 2009. :)
