Boat shoes? Check. Aviator shades? Check. Straw fedora? That's check too. Hmmm... now I'm ready for the beach, so what is missing? Oh, the towel. You expect me to lounge on the sand with the dirt all over me? Hell, no. But, which towel really rocks?
Holla... found it! These towels from Missoni truly stand out. If Sonia Rykiel is famous for its multicolored stripes knitwear, Missoni on the other hand is famous for their signature zig zag multicolored pattern. Not only for the menswear and womenswear, but also for Missoni Home range; they're all splashed with the fashion house trademark design. Talking about these towels - codenamed: Giacomo - they come in various sizes. From hand towel and bath towel (in size about 70x137 cm), to the larger bath sheet (100x150 cm) and beach towel (100x180 cm). Oh, if you want a matching bath robe, they got it too, but you won't took it the beach are you? Ahaks!
Btw, the towels are made of jacquard woven cotton. Quite affordable from a famous fashion house, coz the price started from about £11 and above (the robe is quite pricey though @ £161!). I found it some at House of Fraser and Heal's, but you can get these Giacomo range online too @ Towels or Amara.
Now, summer by the beach: everything's sorted? Not yet. What am I gonna wear? =)
