I was updating my iPod Touch the other day when I discovered it took almost 100MB for the Hugo Boss app. I was like, what the heck? Why it took so much memory? Coz I know previously the Boss app is just tiny. Not even exceeding Gucci app. But hey, there must be something new in it.
And I am right all the way. It's the new Spring/Summer 2010 collection by Hugo Boss. And now, there's even a video on the making of the ad campaign featuring Lars Burmeister. You can see how in the scorching heat they had to maintain composed posing in the 'square frame' by the beach. Interesting...
But that's not what I'm interested in. It's the new sandals that I seem to get excited when I see the pix as I flipped through the lookbook. The strappy sandals which IMO is the high-fashion gladiator. What makes me say whoa is the straps went all the way above the ankle which made it much edgier. Kinda bondage thing going on here, but a nice bondage of course. Very cool. (So, who say S&M is a taboo in fashion now, huh?).
The name? I think it's Prunorio coz that's what it says in the lookbook. From the look (and based on experience), they are calf leather - which is buttery-soft and comfy. And won't blister the foot! Love it. And yes, Boss... I wanna get those!
