Those who love fashion photography would really appreciate this ad campaign by Blanco for Spring/Summer 2011. The essence of lighting - either hitting on one side of the model's face, the 'duskiness' backdrop, the focus on the subject that really pops in front of the blurry background, the range between high contrast and low exposure - has truly being well captured to accentuate the mood. Also the sunny weather, of course, that speaks it own volume saying the collection is for spring/summer season. Lots of tees, lighweight jacket, summer knitwear and sweatshirts, chinos and shorts, open shirts worn with tanktop which looks truly good when taking a spin in a cabriolet ... the collection by itself shouts summerwear.
And for those who like fashion in general, you'd probably go... damn, isn't that Evandro Soldati who's fronting the campaign? You're absolutely right. A favorite on the Dolce & Gabbana runway and print ad, who else could look better in showcasing the looks for summer except the Brazilian topmodel himself. Either in fully dressed, or partially clothed with a furry friend, or even near nakedness in just a swimwear - none can do better than a Brazillian! Blanco fantástico....
