Fashion Week Style: En Vogue in Brogue

S
If you don't own any brogue shoes, please don't call yourself stylish. It's just a bigfat shame if you did. Brogue is the most classic pair of footwear that any gentlemen should have in their shoe closet. And perhaps one of the most versatile shoes too. As mentioned by the DSquared2 duo - Dean and Dan - never throw away an old brogue or wingtip laceups coz if you got a new one, make it as a dress brogue; but once it's worn out and look a bit old you can let it be your jeans brogue instead. Brilliant, does it?

In the last Fall/Winter season (or is it still currently is..nggg) many version of brogue lace-ups has appeared on the runways. As much as Paul Smith tried to maintain their traditional look of their classic Miller shoes, Prada on the other hand went ballistic with chunky soles and even multicolored version. Some looks even cartoony in eyepopping colors.

Yet, brogues are not only confined to just lace-up oxfords, some boots too has that wingtip design to make it more interesting than a plain one. Whatever it is, guys... you MUST have a brogue shoes to bring your style into another level!

Could this be Gucci suede brogue?
