Though last weekend I made a long turn to get there (I started at New Bond St, hehe), at least on my way to MJ's store I met Nigella Lawson having lunch at Scott's, which is just opposite the store. Though I know Nigella is a regular at Scott's on Sunday afternoon, yet I'm not sure who she's with this time coz it doesn't look like Saatchi.
Anyway. Marc by Marc Jacobs. I love it!! Fun, fun, fun! As soon as I stepped on the pavement in front of the store, there's a rush of colors suddenly hit me. Yes, an array of visors next to the entrance in the spectrum of the rainbow. Doesn't it look tempting, as if luring me further to get in.
So, what's hot in the store? Everything! Not just it's from Marc Jacobs, but the price is uber affordable too. I just can't believe that most of the stuff there is really wallet-friendly. Oh my God, am I just loving the cotton sling bag bearing neon color block? That's why i snap one. And what else do I get? The phyton bag that i mention in previous blog. Love it. Plus it's actually very cheap and very glittery (someone's gonna get this one from me pretty soon, ;D). And the lipstick pen at £1! Great quirky gift for my sis. Some key rings which is uber damn cheap, and the 'neo-leather' skull wallet (err...I think it's PVC). But I have to say no to the £19 canvas star tote bag (down from £70), I have to keep an eye to my wallet too. Otherwise money will easily flow like water!
I think I want everything. Well, not all coz some is a bit daft. But I like all the T-shirts, purses (for women) and canvas bags which are perfect for souvenirs. They're way much better than all the overpriced 'London' thingy that you get from Bayswater shops. Marc... never mind. I'll be back!
