New from Adidas Originals is this sneakers with grey/lime green combo. Codename: Nizza Hi 'Personalization' Pack. What is so 'personalization' about it? Well, if you look closer there's a little button on the side - just like the Levi's hi-top sneakers - meaning the 'collar' can be worn either up as a hi-top or buttoned down like in the last pix below. Which is cool to do if you wear shorts. Very plimsol like.
I love the fact that the upper is leather, so much so it's friendlier to the wet weather than a canvas could be. Or in easy words, it won't get soaking wet during that downpour!
Other features about this sneakers: it has a contrasting mesh lining and a leather tongue with trefoil branding. You can mix it up with either grey or green lace ups, which add to another 'personalization' to it. There's kinda an old-school vibes about this sneakers with a modern twist in it that I like especially the midsole is quite a chunky with the toecap that resembles the school shoes I used to wear during that...erm.. I can't remember when already. :) And the eyelest that go all the way to the top, doesn't it look like a Converse?
